- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order number to start an exchange.
- Undergarments and items on final sale can't be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
- If an item arrives damaged or wrong, we replace it free of charge.
